spacious roomquality beddingdifficult doorpeeling wallpaper
I WAS thrilled with my spacious beautiful double room balcony! The quality bedding and towels added a touch of luxury to my stay.
THE room door was indeed difficult to use and it was mentioned that new door handles have been ordered. Wallpaper peeling off the walls IS also noticeable.

Decent Stay with a Few Minor Issues

comfortable roomlovely beddinghelpful staffuncomfortable bedroad noisefire door
The room was very comfortable. I found the bedding and towels lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful I received an upgrade of room upon arrival.
The bed was a little uncomfortable I felt. It had no give. My room was at the front of the building I noticed some road noise. The room was also next to a fire door every time someone walked passed there was banging.

Satisfactory stay

helpful staffspacious bedroomcomfortable bedsmall roomfew channelsunsafe remote
The staff was very helpful. The bedroom was spacious and super clean. The bed was extra large and comfortable. Both bedding and towels were high quality.
The room was very small. The TV almost had no channels. The bathroom was small, and the door hit you when you stood at the sink. The remote for heating was unsafe as it was dangling.
